Justice Dept.: Court Orders North Carolina Pharmacy to Pay $500,000 Penalty and Enters Injunction to Prevent Filling Illegal Controlled Substance Prescriptions
WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Dec. 6, 2024:
