Iowa U.S. Attorney: South Dakota Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Federal Prison for Firearm and Drug Charges
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa, Dec. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
A Sioux Falls, South Dakota man and Guatemalan national was sentenced on November 26, 2024 to 15 years in federal prison for possessing a distribution quantity of methamphetamine and possessing a firearm as a felon and in relation to his drug trafficking.
