LENEXA, KAN. (NOV. 8, 2024) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the filing of a settlement agreement with three parties requiring the cleanup of contamination at the Iowa-Nebraska Light & Power Company Superfund Site (https://cumulis.epa.gov/supercpad/cursites/csitinfo.cfm?id=0702377) in Norfolk, Nebraska.
