N.H. A.G. Formella: Autopsy Results in Northwood, New Hampshire Officer-Involved Shooting Investigation
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 3 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces the following update on the investigation into the officer-involved shooting that occurred on the morning of October 1, 2024, at a residence located at 534 First New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood, New Hampshire.
The autopsy of Malcolm Burns (age 34) has been completed. Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Mitchell Weinberg determined the cause
