Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee: Ratings Change - Inside Elections Moves CA-45 in Favor of Derek Tran
WASHINGTON, Aug. 31 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release on Aug. 30, 2024:
Yesterday, the non-partisan election forecaster Inside Elections shifted California's 45th Congressional District in Derek Tran's favor from "Lean Republican" to "Tilt Republican."
Inside Elections attributes the change in part to Tran's groundswell of support from Vietnamese-American voters in the heavily-AANHPI district, which recent polling found to be at a strong basel
