CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Aug. 28 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release on Aug. 27, 2024: U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on Tuesday sentenced a Cape Girardeau man who sold pounds of methamphetamine to confidential informants to 12 years in prison. Dewayne K. Clark, 57, pleaded guilty in May to two counts of distribution of methamphetamine, one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and on  more
