Court Orders Zachery Tarr and Granite Consulting to Repay $73,515.47 Taken From Victims in Timeshare Exit Scheme
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 14 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Strafford County Superior Court has entered a final judgment against Zachery Tarr and Granite Consulting, LLC, finding that they violated New Hampshire's Consumer Protection Act by engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices.
