EPA Approves Florida Plan for Clean Air Emissions for Manufacturing of Surface Coating of Metal Parts, Products
WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a proposed rule (40 CFR Part 52), published in the Federal Register on July 30, 2024, entitled "Air Plan Approval; FL; Surface Coating of Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Amendments."
The proposed rule was issued by Jeaneanne Gettle, Acting Regional Administrator, Region 4.
