WASHINGTON, July 31 -- The U.S. Department of Defense issued the following news release: ARMY Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Andover, Massachusetts, was awarded a $2,089,200,000 fixed-price-incentive contract for low-rate initial production of Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense System.
