Ridley Chosen as Next Northeast Region Commander
MAXWELL AFB, Alabama, July 25 -- The U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol issued the following news:
Maj. Gen. Edward D. Phelka, Civil Air Patrol's national commander/CEO, has appointed Col. James A. Ridley, Sr., to be the next commander of CAP's Northeast Region.
