Ariz. U.S. Attorney: Southern Arizona Man Indicted for Second Degree Murder
TUCSON, Arizona, July 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
Last week, a federal grand jury indicted Santiago Luis Valencia, Jr., 34, of Tucson, on one count of Second Degree Murder. Valencia is an enrolled member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.
