WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Kentucky, issued the following statement on July 13, 2024:

U.S. Rep. Hal Rogers (KY-05) released the following statement after the deadly shooting at a Trump rally on Saturday in Pennsylvania. The US Secret Service confirmed President Trump is safe and being evaluated. They also reported one spectator was killed, two spectators were critically injured, and US Secret Service personnel neutralized the shooter, who is now deceased.
