Fla. U.S. Attorney: Clay County White Supremacist Gang Member Pleads Guilty to Drug and Firearm Charges
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, July 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Danny Ray Boree (39, Keystone Heights) has pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Boree faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 5 years, up to 40 years, in federal prison on the drug charge and up to 15 years'
