WASHINGTON, July 3 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation issued the following news release: MILLS, Wyo. - The Bureau of Reclamation, in response to a request from the Hanover Irrigation District, has scheduled a flushing flow below Boysen Dam.
