Evans assumes command of NAVSEA Warfare Centers
WASHINGTON, June 24 -- The Naval Sea Systems Command issued the following news:
Rear Adm. Todd M. Evans assumed command of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers during a ceremony on June 24, 2024, at the Washington Navy Yard, relieving Rear Adm. Thomas J. Dickinson.
Evans previously served as Vice Commander, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Dickinson, who served as Warfare Centers commander since Aug. 11, 2023, has been assigned as Program Executive Officer, Integrated Warf

ORLANDO, Florida, June 25 -- The U.S. Army Medicine issued the following news:

U.S. Army Sgt. First Class Jack Peko never thought he would need a Soldier Recovery Unit, nor did he ever think he would be competing in the 2024 Department of Defense Warrior Games.
Peko a stroke on November 3, 2022, and is recovering at the Ft. Riley Kansas SRU, where he learned about adaptive sports. He is in Orlando on Team Army, competing in the Warrior Games. "It's so great to represent
