DES MOINES, Iowa, June 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa issued the following news release: A Clive man was sentenced on June 12, 2024, to 18.5 years in federal prison for wire fraud and an additional six months for criminal contempt of court. LENEXA, Kansas, June 18 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on June 17, 2024: Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the filing of a settlement agreement with three parties, requiring the payment of cleanup costs at the Findett Corp.
