U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa: Le Mars Man Pleads Guilty to Meth and Firearm Charges
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, May 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
Timothy Mullally, 48, from Le Mars, Iowa, pled guilty on May 16, 2024, in federal court in Sioux City to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and one count of prohibited person in possession of firearms.
