U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona: Final Member of Drug Trafficking Conspiracy Sentenced for Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Trafficking
PHOENIX, Arizona, May 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
Keivin Crosswell-Cervantes, 27, of Mexico, was sentenced on April 29, 2024, by United States District Judge Steven P. Logan to 17 years in prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine. Crosswell-Cervantes pleaded guilty to the charge on May 2, 2023.

University of Arizona-Health Sciences: Bhattacharya Named Inaugural Executive Director of CAMI
TUCSON, Arizona, May 14 -- The University of Arizona's Health Sciences issued the following news release on May 13, 2024:
The University of Arizona Health Sciences announced today that Deepta Bhattacharya, PhD, will take the helm as inaugural executive director of the Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies, effective July 1.
Bhattacharya is a professor at the UArizona College of Medicine - Tucson's Department of Immunobiology and currently serves on the CAMI Advisory Council
