FRANKFORT, Kentucky, May 14 -- The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet issued the following news on May 13, 2024: Today, Gov. Andy Beshear and Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC) Secretary Rebecca Goodman announced that $566,176 in grant funding has been awarded to four counties for rubber-modified asphalt projects using waste tires.
