S.D. Gov. Noem: South Dakota Joins Lawsuit Against U.S. Department of Education Over Egregious Title IX Revisions
PIERRE, South Dakota, May 9 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on May 8, 2024:
