Mont. U.S. Attorney: Federal Jury Convicts Two Montanans, One Californian of Meth, Fentanyl Trafficking in Butte, Helena Areas
BILLINGS, Montana, April 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release on April 26, 2024:
A federal jury on Thursday convicted two Montana residents and a California man of drug trafficking crimes for bringing pounds of methamphetamine and thousands of fentanyl pills to the Butte and Helena communities for distribution, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said today.

U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia: Utah Man Sentenced for Felony Obstruction and Other Charges During Jan. 6 Capitol Breach
WASHINGTON, April 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release on April 26, 2024:
A Utah man was sentenced today on felony and misdemeanor charges related to his conduct during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the 2020 presidential election.
