BLUEFIELD, West Virginia, April 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 8, 2024: Lansen Sharif Waugh, 44, of Kyle, pleaded guilty today to distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine.
