BLUEFIELD, West Virginia, April 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 8, 2024: Lansen Sharif Waugh, 44, of Kyle, pleaded guilty today to distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine. According to court documents and statements made in court, on June 15, 2021, Waugh sold controlled substances that contained cocaine and methamphetamine to a confidential informant at a residence in Kyle where Waugh was staying.
