Ropes & Gray Advises Kanders & Company in Acquisition of Businesses From Defense Contractor L3Harris
BOSTON, Massachusetts, April 6 -- Ropes and Gray, a law firm, issued the following news:
Ropes & Gray represented Kanders & Company, Inc. in its definitive agreement to acquire and combine certain antenna and test equipment businesses from L3Harris Technologies for $200 million.
The transaction was announced in an April 5 press release.
