Justice Dept.: Man Ordered to Remove Shipping Container and Floating Docks From Lake Worth Lagoon After Violating Rivers and Harbors Act

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida ordered a man to remove a shipping container and floating docks on which it rested from Lake Worth Lagoon near Palm Beach, Florida.

U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida: Orange Park Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Possessing Over 5 Kilos of Cocaine With Intent to Distribute
JACKSONVILLE, Florida, March 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard has sentenced Peterson Fils-Aime (37, Orange Park) to 10 years in federal prison for possessing over 5 kilograms of cocaine with the intent to distribute it. Fils-Aime entered a guilty plea on December 12, 2023.
