CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, March 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina issued the following news release:
The U.S. Attorney's Office has reached a settlement agreement with Nantahala Weddings, LLC (Nantahala Weddings) to remedy alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at its facilities in western North Carolina, announced Dena J.
