IDAHO A.G. LABRADOR LEADS 27 STATES ENCOURAGING SCOTUS OVERTURN GUN AND MAGAZINE BAN IN ILLINOIS
BOISE, Idaho, March 16 -- Idaho Attorney General Raul R. Labrador issued the following news release:
Attorneys General Raul Labrador of Idaho and Todd Rokita of Indiana led 26 other states in filing a brief with the United States Supreme Court challenging Illinois' unconstitutional ban of AR-15 rifles and their standard 30-round magazines.

Utah A.G. Reyes Joins Coalition of States Defending Montana's TikTok Ban
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 16 -- Utah Attorney General Sean D. Reyes issued the following news:
Attorney General Sean D. Reyes joined an amicus brief, led by the State of Virginia, in Alario v. TikTok. The case, which is pending at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, involves a challenge to the State of Montana's recently enacted law, SB 419, which prohibits TikTok from being downloaded within its borders.
