OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, March 12 -- The Oklahoma State Senate issued the following news release: Sen. Kevin Matthews, D-Tulsa, has won Senate passage for his bill taking the next step in creating Oklahoma's Civil Rights Trail. Senate Bill 1356, co-authored by Sen.
