WASHINGTON, March 8 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release: SELLS, Ariz. -- A Phoenix man was sentenced Feb. 28 to four years in prison followed by three years of supervised for leading a Phoenix-based human smuggling organization.
