Senator Marshall Releases Statement on EPA's Announcement of Year-Round E-15 Sales
WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kansas, issued the following news release:
Following legislation introduced and co-sponsored by U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced it would expand the sale of E-15 ethanol. Starting in 2025, residents in eight Midwest states will now have access to E15 at the pump year-round. The EPA previously limited the sale of E15 to the winter months.
