WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service has issued a rule (50 CFR Part 17), published in the Federal Register on Feb. 15, 2024, entitled "Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for the Silverspot Butterfly."
