WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 -- The U.S. State Department issued the following joint statement with Greece on the fifth Strategic Dialogue: * * * The text of the following statement was released by the Governments of the United States of America and Greece on the occasion of the fifth Strategic Dialogue. * * * The Strategic Dialogue serves to accelerate the deepening collaboration between the United States and Greece. Both countries utilized this fifth meeting of the Strategic Dialogue to underscore a  more
