Ciscomani Celebrates Strong Bipartisan House Passage of Bill to Support Tucson's Udall Foundation
WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Rep. Juan Ciscomani, R-Arizona, issued the following news release on Feb. 6, 2024: U.S. Congressman Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06) today celebrated the House passage of his bipartisan legislation to support the Tucson-based Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation. The bill passed today by a vote of 350-58. U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona: Smuggler Sentenced to 72 Months
TUCSON, Arizona, Feb. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release: Luis Carlos Ballesteros-Moreno, 43, of Hermosillo, Mexico, recently living in Tucson, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge John C. Hinderaker to 72 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
