LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 27 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Jan. 26, 2024: This week, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel served a class action lawsuit upon a Mississippi man and his limited liability company (LLC) AF LLC, operating as ACF Wholesale, alleging statutory conversion and other illegal business practices in violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA).
