MICHIGAN PSC APPROVES MOST OF DTE GAS CO.'S FUEL COST RECOVERY REQUESTS
LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 19 -- The Michigan Public Service Commission issued the following news release on Jan. 18, 2024:
The Michigan Public Service Commission today approved DTE Gas Co.'s application for a gas cost recovery reconciliation, reflecting a net underrecovery of more than $49 million as the utility's 2022-2023 beginning balance (Case No. U-20817).

S.D. Agriculture Dept. Accepting Applications for Food System Infrastructure Grants
PIERRE, South Dakota, Jan. 19 -- The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (DANR) is partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service to offer $2.9 million in competitive grant funds for projects to strengthen the middle of the food system supply chain in South Dakota.

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 19 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Jan. 18, 2024:
Gov. Jim Justice announced today the approval of grants worth $1.99 million for 22 recipients through the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection's REAP Recycling Assistance Grants Program.
