NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Jan. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut issued the following news release on Jan. 18, 2024:
Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that KINSTON CUTHBERTSON, 32, of Bridgeport, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to 120 months of imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release, for trafficking fentanyl.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has decided to rehear arguments in front of the full court in Bianchi v. Brown, a case involving a constitutional challenge to a Maryland law banning assault weapons.
