FAA Adjusts Air Routes Over Eastern U.S.
WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a proposed rule (14 CFR Part 71), published in the Federal Register on Jan. 16, 2024, entitled "Establishment of United States Area Navigation (RNAV) Route Q-108 and Revocation of RNAV Route Q-104; Eastern United States."
The proposed rule was issued by Frank Lias, Manager, Rules and Regulations Group.

W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Huntington Man Sentenced to Prison for Role in Methamphetamine Trafficking Ring
CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Jan. 17, 2024:
Elijah Figg, also known as "Bang," 24, of Huntington, was sentenced today to five years and three months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of a quantity of methamphetamine. Figg admitted to his role in a drug trafficking organization (DTO) that operated in the Charleston area.
