FEMA: President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Approves Emergency Declaration for Connecticut
WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2024:
FEMA announced today that federal disaster assistance has been made available to the state of Connecticut to supplement response efforts due to emergency conditions resulting from severe storms, flooding and a potential dam breach beginning Jan. 10 and continuing.
