N.H. Education Dept.: New Hampshire's Cost Per Pupil Reaches New Record
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 11 -- The New Hampshire Department of Education issued the following news release on Jan. 10, 2024:
For the first time ever, newly submitted finance data from New Hampshire public school districts indicates that New Hampshire's average cost per student has exceeded $20,000.
Last week, the New Hampshire Department of Education released its newest cost per pupil data for the 2022-2023 school year. The new statewide average operating cost per pupil of $20,323 is a 4.8

CONCORD, New Hampshire, Jan. 12 -- Gov. Christopher T. Sununu, R-New Hampshire, issued the following news release on Jan. 11, 2024:
Today, Governor Chris Sununu wrote to members of the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of SB 414 and SB 415, mandatory minimum sentences for trafficking and the distribution of large quantities of a controlled drug with death resulting and relative to the penalty for certain fentanyl related offences.
