Governor Wes Moore today announced judicial appointments to the Howard County Circuit Court and the Baltimore County Circuit Court. N.H. U.S. Attorney: NuDay Charity Sentenced for Illegal Exports to Syria
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release on Dec. 28, 2023:
The New Hampshire charity NuDay, a/k/a NuDay Syria, was sentenced today in federal court for export offenses, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
NuDay was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Joseph N. Laplante to five years of probation, the maximum penalty for an organizational defendant. NuDay was also ordered to pay a $25,000 fine.
