JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Dec. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release: United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Neal Brij Sidhwaney (43, Fernandina Beach) has pleaded guilty to transmitting an interstate threat to kill. Sidhwaney faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison. Justice Dept.: 2 Men Sentenced for Fraudulent Rural Hospital Billing Scheme
WASHINGTON, Dec. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release: Two Florida men were sentenced today for their roles in a multi-state scheme to defraud insurance companies by using rural hospitals to bill for urine drug testing that was not reimbursable and not medically necessary.
