U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine: Wayne Man Pleads Guilty to Lying to DEA Task Force Officer
BANGOR, Maine, Dec. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine issued the following news release on Dec. 5, 2023:
A Wayne man pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in Bangor to intentionally making false statements to a federal law enforcement agent.
According to court records, in November 2022, Victor Sousa, 24, was questioned by a Task Force Officer with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regarding two subjects of a federal narcotics investigation. After
