As first reported in July by the Kansas City Star, Congressman Mark Alford (MO-04) and Congresswoman Sharice Davids (KS-03) introduced the Successful Entrepreneurship for Reservists and Veterans (SERV) Act. This evening, this legislation unanimously passed out of the U.S. House of Representatives and makes its way to the Senate for consideration.
