Fla. U.S. Attorney: Former Florida Attorney Sentenced to 14 Years in Federal Prison for Racketeering Relating to Operation of His Tallahassee Law Firm and Investment Companies
TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Nov. 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, Jason R. Coody, issued the following news release on Nov. 7, 2023:
Phillip Timothy Howard, 62, of Tallahassee, Florida, was sentenced to fourteen years in federal prison after previously pleading guilty to racketeering (RICO). The sentence was announced by Jason R. Coody, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
