BECKLEY, West Virginia, Nov. 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Will Thompson, issued the following news release: Jason Todd Weaver, 50, of Mount Hope, pleaded guilty today to embezzlement of funds by an officer of a labor organization.
