Ala. Gov. Ivey Provides Update on Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
MONTGOMERY, Alabama, Nov. 1 -- Gov. Kay Ivey, R-Alabama, issued the following news release on Oct. 31, 2023:
Governor Kay Ivey today provided an update on the statewide expansion of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library (DPIL), announcing it continues to grow steadily, providing free, high-quality books to children across the state of Alabama. Since Governor Ivey kicked off the statewide expansion in August, the program has grown to serving more than 49,000 children.

MADE at AU Connects Prospective Female Engineers With College's Many Programs
AUBURN, Alabama, Nov. 1 -- Auburn University's College of Engineering issued the following news:
Prospective women in engineering were able to come together and learn how Auburn is Making A Difference in Engineering at Auburn University on Friday, Oct. 20. MADE@AU is an event hosted annually by the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering aimed at providing female students the opportunity to interact with faculty, staff and alumni, learn about student services and take a tour of Auburn's facilities.
