CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Oct. 27 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news: Southeast Missouri State University alumnus Greg Kester was named the 2024 Missouri Teacher of the Year by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Kester is a social studies teacher at Potosi High School.
