N.H. A.G. Formella Files Lawsuit Against Meta Platforms, Inc. for Harming the Mental Health and Well-Being of Children Through Their Social Media Platforms
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 25 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release on Oct. 24, 2023:
New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella today announced a lawsuit against Meta Platforms, Inc. and its subsidiary, Instagram, LLC in Merrimack County Superior Court for violating the State's consumer protection statute and other laws.
