CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 17 -- The New Hampshire Department of Cultural Resources Division of Historical Resources issued the following news release:
The New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources has announced that the Scammon Farm Historic District in Stratham has been listed to the United States Secretary of the Interior's National Register of Historic Places.

With facilitating support from The Conservation Fund, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) purchased approximately 820 acres of land in Dummer, NH today.
