N.C. Natural & Cultural Resources Dept.: Six to Receive 2023 North Carolina Award, State's Highest Honor
RALEIGH, North Carolina, Oct. 17 -- The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources issued the following news release on Oct. 16, 2023:
The state's highest civilian honor, the North Carolina Award, will be presented to six distinguished North Carolinians Thursday, Nov. 9, at the North Carolina Museum of Art. Governor Roy Cooper will present the awards.
