DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 14 -- Sinclair Community College issued the following news release: Sinclair Community College has been awarded nearly $2 million dollars in federal funding through the U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Building Pathways to Infrastructure Jobs Grant Program.
